Yup.....couple years ago my arm just kind of flopped over the side. Tightening the bolt didn't help for long. I went to the dealer and bought the internal assembly that is connected to the motor. Job took me about 4 hours because I didn't mark the "zero" position on the arms. Part at the dealer is about 240.00.
