ERROR CODES (FOR EXPERTS) 850 1994

I always have the Code 2-3-2 and I canīt find the error. My Volvo 850 T5R AT also runs just with 14litres 98 octane....the consumption of fuel is killing me. Does anyone know what could be the problem.
