Sloppy steering 850

Ive started to notice a sloppy feeling in the front end. A fellow poster had said that his car seemed to follow the ruts in the pavement rather than holding straight. I just cant find it for the life of me.

Ball joints are good, Tie Rods are good. Anyone remember the post, and remember the solution?
