Motor Problem OR Transmission Problem 850 1993

Hi Guys
Recently I have changed the Timing belt and oil pump for my Volvo 850 GLE. And after about two-month time, Arrow indicator light started to blink. I have changed the ATF and did a service on transmission. I checked the error code in A1 and it is 3-2-3. After I reset the error codes it is not appear again. But still the car is shacking when I change the gear from P to D or R. Some times the car stops when changing the gear and I have to restart it again.
I spoke with one of the INDY Tranny shop and he told me it is the motor causing the problem
One of my friend suggested the may be the engine is not mounted properly

Due you have any idea about this problem
