Cargo window fluid-check (delivery) valve solves problem.

We had no fluid coming out the cargo window. After asking a few questions, we replaced the check valve located on the passenger side, going up the back of the car. Just a bit hard to get at. Warm up the old part first with heat (I used a lamp) to prevent it from cracking. It now sorkds fine.
