This link will tell you all about coolant. Also type "coolant" in the search box on the bottom of this website and you will get opinions all over the map. [The only topics with a greater variety of opinions on the site are: premium vs regular fuel in a turbo car, synthetic Mobil 1 oil vs Amsoil, and brake pads]/

Bottom line for me: use the Volvo brand or use the orange (dexcool type) but in any case make sure you completely, repeatedly flush the old. Some will say nevery use Dexcool but per the above link, it should be fine.
