HELP! Car stuck in Park! 850 1994

If your ignition switch was NG (not unusual, just the electrical part, not the key/tumbler part), the car won't start AND your park safety release solenoid will also not operate.
Sometimes you can get the car to start and get out of park by playing with the key in the switch assembly (moving it slightly one way or another).
