I am also thinking like you. I want a new V70 no turbo, leather seats with heaters, no sun roof, no auto climate control. I believe you can order the car the way you want at the overseas delivery program, but can also order it and have it delivered to the dealer for a higher price than the overseas program. It may take 6 months or more to get. You may want to find a very big Volvo dealer somewhere to do this. Problem is that Volvo wants to keep their dealers very geographically, thus minimizing competition.
