You can order the lens at http://www.volvopartspeople.com/ or email Jon Roles for a quote at parts@borton.com. Borton Volvo Parts sells original factory parts at a discount and ships anywhere UPS delivers. At the volvopartspeople web site, select the collision catalog, then front lamp components. The lens for an '03 (I just looked it up) is $137.70. New clips are $2.40 and a new (lens-to-housing) gasket is $6.88.
