Well the good news is that not that many throttle bodys on the Non-turbo have been replaced. There is a thick rubber hose that goes from the air cleaner to the input to the throttle body held on with two clamps that have 7mm screws on them, loosen both clamps and manover the hose out of the way far enough to get in there and clean the throttle plate and walls with a rag that has carb cleaner on it, don't spray directly into the throttle body. That will solve your surging problem.
