Service reminder V70-XC70 1998

I have a 98, too. That model year can not have the service light
turned off with the OBDII reader. You have to use a special tool
from Volvo (or IPD will sell you one).

Other years can be cleared with different methods (it varies by year).
But 98 owners do not have an easy way to do it.
