Signal Light Problem S70 1998

Thanx for the info, I will try that later today to see if that will fix the problem.

At the mean time, something weird happened to my car yesterday & today. Here is the story: so I thought my hazard lights weren't working and was showing my friend how busted it was by pressing the button on and off and accidently I left it on before heading to bed last night (can't tell cuz the lights don't go on anyway). When I woke up to go to school this morning, I saw the front signal lights flashing weakly. In my mind I thought "oh no, it is not going to start because the battery is drained!!!" And I was right, the car didn't start because my hazard light delay/switch decided to start working in the middle of the night. How strange!!! So I jump started my car & went to school, but didn't really get to chance to drive around to charge up the battery. However, the hazard light & signal lights started working again!!!

So after an hour or so I try starting my car again, didn't start! So I tried jump starting it again (but my gear box was in neutral). It started easily but then I relized all the dash board displays weren't working (i.e. odometer and all the gauges) and all the warning lights stayed on (i.e. low fuel, cooling fan). I didn't bother with it & drove on a highway for 15 minutes or so to charge up the batter this time. Afterwards I turned off the car and tried restarting the car again and it was fine. However, on my way home the hazard lights failed again while I was driving. I gave up on it and went inside for lunch. Later on when I start my car again, the hazard lights were working again!!! I am so confused, feels like the car is playing a trick on me...
