where is evap purge valve ? V70-XC70 1998

On automotive lingo (Repair, sales, etc) the left/right sides are always stated as you sit behind the wheel.
Left side is Driver side, Right side is Passenger side.

The washer fluid is in the left/front side of the engine compartment. The reservoir you mention is the engine coolant reservoir and the black box houses the ECU.
