Doesn't sound like a bad price but hard to say without more info on the car...do the edmunds, blue book ,or black book value with listed options. Personally, I'd stay away from a 01 simply b/c it was the first year of all the new changes, and at 98K miles, you're asking for someone elses problems...there's usually a reason why they ditched it. I might look at a '99 or '00 V70, maybe around 60K miles, for a less $$$.
