It's a "heated nipple".? Got that from the ALLDATA DYI site. I've had to work on that part recently. Test it by hooking alligator clamps direct from the battery.
Be Careful!!,also make sure the vaccum port and pcv port are clear,as they can
cause excessive internal engine pressure.
