Mike,

Sorry. You really only have two choices.

Volvo will sell you a repair kit. It cost @$40.00US per 2 door set. It will not feel as luxurious as the original.

The kit insert does not have the foam backing and takes considerable skill to install correctly. If you choose this option, your best bet is to buy the kit and take it to a trim shop for professional repair.

Otherwise, you will need to buy a complete door panel at a cost of @$450.00US. Contact Phillip at Swedish Engineering.

I've tried to repair one. You have to peel of the vinyl skin and evenly apply a layer of unholstery adhesive. This is extremely difficult and time consuming and the results were only passable.
