Bought the repair kit from the dealer and the result was worst than the bubbles in my 98 S70 doors. it looked like crap,

Found a small upholstery shop here in San Antonio TX; they redone my door panels in full grain leather (new foam backing), exact color match, better looks and feel, all four panels for $300.00

Will update this post later with photos.
