My guess is you either have a grounding problem or a component failure within the unit itself. If the radio can be removed like in my 850, remove it disconnecting all wiring and re-connect. This will eliminate any faulty connections and/or grounding problems. If the problem persists, I would then take advantage of the warranty and have it looked at.
