That was my guess as well. I already have some instructions on how to remove the unit. I'm hoping to find a loose connection or grounding problem, because I don't think that the radio is still under warranty. Do you know how long the warranty coverage is for the radio? I've had the car about 2.5 years and it has 42,000 miles on it.
