I dont have the torque specs for the rotor & distributor cap fasteners but
I do have the resistances specs for the plug wires including the coil wire.

Coil to Distributor 1.9 - 2.9K Ohms (2.40K ohms ±20%)
Cylinder # 1 3.64 - 5.46K Ohms (4.55K ohms ±20%)
Cylinder # 2 3.24 - 4.86K Ohms (4.05K ohms ±20%)
Cylinder # 3 2.61 - 3.93K Ohms (3.27K ohms ±20%)
Cylinder # 4 2.29 - 3.45K Ohms (2.87K ohms ±20%)
Cylinder # 5 1.81 - 2.73K Ohms (2.27K ohms ±20%)
