I just go to 'snug'. The point on the rotors where you are just starting to crush the washers and on the dist. where it starts to feel hand tight. I don't like fighting to much when it comes time for the next change!

Maybe not exact, but I've taken a '93 from 120k miles to 260k miles and a '94 from 80k to 160k by changing plugs , cap & rotor every 30k miles this way with no problem.
