I REALLY would do one of two things:
Put all 5 OLD plugs back in - or
Swap out the best old plug into cylinder #1, test drive - then if still stumbles remove old plug from cylinder #1 and swap into cylinder #2 (be careful not to confuse which wire attaches to which plug and torque plugs correctly each time!!!!). Keep swapping until the issue clears.
This is way too coincidental. Hey, some years ago I had a beautiful-looking NGK snowblower plug be perfectly gapped and clean which was flat-out no good. We never know what happens in the factory or in shipping to us.... Lastly, if your computer hasn't thrown a code yet, I bet it might eventually.
