Sounds like time to add a can of r134a. Meanwhile, don't open both back windows unless you have nothing of value in the car. That acts like a vacuum cleaner for the back seat. Open the LF and RR windows for maximum effect.

As for coolant leak, could be head gasket, radiator leak, etc. Have the system pressure tested.
