E code lenses- worth it? S70

I would consider just trying the Philips Vision Plus as a first step. I put them in about three years ago and, with my light meter, measured an increase of over 40% in light output. My vision down the road is much longer and brighter. I had thought about the E lens but after the Vision Plus bulbs (ordered from the UK) I changed my mind and have been quite happy about it.
