I personally found that most of the generic brand pads (e.g. Bendix from Auto Zone or O'Reilly) will squeak. When I returned them and purchased Volvo pads, all the squeaks dissapeared. Also, make sure your rotors have a good finish (i.e. may need to be resurfaced).
