Non Start - symptoms! 850

I have a 93 850 that has been doing the same thing for the last year or so. Turn the key off and back on and it will useually start.

I think it is the ingnition. Haven't been able to trouble shoot because it work when ever I try to.

If you get something definit please let me know.
