If I understand well you want to replace just the rubber blade as opposed to the complete metal + rubber wiper.
Rather often with a bit of persuasion you can just slide it out. If not you should slightly open the two retaining pieces on the front of the wiper (i.e. where the rubber is not) towards the end of the wiper, using a small screwdriver for example, and then slide the blade out. I did this myself a couple of weeks ago on my S70 and didn't even have to bend the retaining pieces back for the new blade to be properly secured.
