First of all, you must buy the narrow refills. Get Bosch Micro Edge if you can. PepBoys has stopped carrying them here. I rarely replace the whole blade, just the refill.

I just grabbed mine at the end where the rubber flares to hold the refills in and gave them a good pull and they slid right out. Feed the new refills back in and make sure you push them in far enough to lock in place. Some replacement brands have metal clips to secure them rather than the widdening of the rubber. Others have plastic retainers.
