Yesterday I posted the cleaning procedure on volvospeed and the reason why it got clogged.
It is attached to the intake hose that connects directly to the throttle, it is a plastic fitting that has a small vacuum hose and the large crankcase vent hose attached to it.

It keeps the crankcase under negative pressure to avoid blowing the oil seals and to recirculate blowby gasses.
