I haven't found your post yet on the volvospeed yet, but I did come across a message posted by Bay13 admin stating that in 1998 they were left out of production models. Does that mean my '98 s70 doesn't have one?... maybe you could better direct me to the post you mention, too (I hate appearing so dense).
