I disagree. Just about every aftermarket pad I've tried, on at least half a dozen cars including the 850, I've never had any significant brake noise. Use decent quality pads, the proper shims (if the car is equipped), and liberal amounts of anti squeal compound, and you''ve got a good shot at having noise free brakes.
