Brakes frozen? S70 1999

Well they came today and finally picked it up. it took three attempts by two different towing companies to do the job. I'll save the ranting for another day. However, one of the drivers did confirm that both the emergency brake cable and the gear cable are moving as normal. Go figure. I'm really interested in what the dealership has to say tomorrow.
