Need help with a challenging drivability problem V70-XC70 1999

last week I had a 96 850 turbo that had a break in the vacuum line that went from the control valve attached to the airfilter box to the wast gate control on the turbo. When the waste gate boost is dispelled it allows the turbo to exceed the boost and the overboost shutdown kicks in. Check all of the vacuum lines/hoses to and from the turbo waste gate.
