For the first 50,000 miles, you can't imagine how much trouble it was, for the second 50,000-100,000 mile interval it got better, I bought the extended warranty and it was barely - BARELY - a break-even proposition. Now, I have "the usual" failures, but I can't imagine that even a Honda Accord with 100-150,000 miles on the clock would be much less trouble.
I also have an Acura TSX (a European Honda Accord) which has been absolutely, totally, completely, 100% reliable, and I can't WAIT to get rid of it (for a V50T5 AWD 6-speed or a V70R 6-speed).
The Honda seats are AWFUL by Volvo standards.
Like others have said, this Volvo thing is an expensive addiction.......
