did you try heinz percision motors in absecon, there is a volvo mechanic there named walt, I would recomend him. I take my car to south shore volvo in marmora, I always have the same mechanic work on my car and I have never had a problem. if you are keeping the car for a while sometimes its worth fixing right. kelly
