850 Sunroof problems 850 1993

I took the sunroof apart. The bracket at the back that rides on the track seems to be fine other than one small piece of plastic being broken which I don't believe is the problem. Once I had the glass out i tried running the sunroof motor and only the left side moves, the right side does not. The track doesn't move at all back at the sunroof so I think the motor is not making contact with the track. I have tried a different motor and the same thing happened. Any thoughts? Thanks.
