Getting at the Alternator 850 1996

I think I have a bad voltage regulator/brushes. It looks like it will be challenging to get to it to work on it or remove it with the (power steering pump I think) stuff above it and the radiator hoses and so forth in the way.

Any tips on getting at the alternator and/or regulator? TIA
