Buy a C70 Conv? C70 2000

I Bought a two year old 2000 c70 2.0T auto nautic blue convertible two years ago with 27k miles from a volvo main dealer. She's now done 72k and have had no mechanical problems apart from:-

trouble starting which was traced to the chip in the ignition key

the hood needed re aligning, due to daylight showing through at the rear passenger side - done under warranty

I noticed the struts that lift the hood cover had cracked plastic covers, volvo replaced these under warranty

I will hold on to it for another year and probably trade it in for a T5, just for a bit more oomph.

I have friends with Audi, merc and BMW softops and the volvo C70 easily has the most space in the back if it is a 2+2 softop your are after. It also has the best safety features esp the ROPS system and a great sound system.
