Are the front struts hard to change? V70-XC70

My V70 2001 makes a little squeak and clump sound at times from the right front. From descriptions on this board I think the rubber up top (bushings)are worn out. Only 35K miles on the car but maybe it was driven hard before I had it. Are front struts hard to replace? It looks like all I need is a floor jack and a spring compressor tool....Any body have info on this? Is there an online source for the strut rubber bushings? Regards, Chris
