To add to Marty's list:

5) PCV service. PCV = positive crankcase ventilation. The PCV system on 850s 70 series gets clogged with oil sludge. If the PCV is not cleaned, the engine won't breathe properly and will blow out seals.

6) Timing belt changed at 70K and 140K.

If these are overdue or not done, you can still buy the car, just do them right away.
