anyone got instructions for the IPD variable wiper relay (850)

It is supposed to be plug in compatible. Instructions will not show you how to remove the old relay. Sorry. Send IPD an email and ask for specifics on removal, then send them to me so that I can order one. I hate the 7 sec interval. Even my old 92 MPV had a variable position on the wiper stalk.
