anyone got instructions for the IPD variable wiper relay (850)

apparently the ipd instructions make this a 15 minute swap...but im telling u not unless they tell you how to get the old one out, upside down with head wedged against the pedals and mingures crushed up against stuff certainly WANTS to only take 15 minutes!
