The one I bought from eEuroparts did exactly the same thing after 10 months of use only. I fixed that problem by sanding the shaft & bushings---> not an easy task since both ends of the motor stator are "press fit" together. They are built a little bit "too tight" and there's no felt seals to rid of the dust.
