Got a Service Light rest tool for Volvo's on EBay for $75US. Bought it from a chap in England that has reset tools on EBay regularly. I have used it twice, and it paid for itself the first time I used it. Just plug into the OBDII plug and follow the directions (turn on the car - wait - turn off car). Service Light has been reset. Will not clear or diagnosis any other codes, but the Service light reset alone was worth it for me.

Here is one as listed today. Search Ebay for Volvo Reset and such and you might find others...
