I'll let you know if I find out anything. I'm only about 15 to 20 miles from South Bend (in Bristol). Everyone I talked to is just as puzzled as I am. I have manual climate control, and my next step was probably to change out the unit. But the hella relays were just one thought I had. At least I can pop in the fuse and have heat if needed, but it;s a pain to have to pop the hood and pull the fuse all of the time....I just don't want to have to spend a mint at Jordan Volvo.
