If you have an FPO, you should be able to order the parts but have them sent air mail. Extra shipping cost but cheaper than local knock offs. Without taking the belt off you won't be able to check easily. Is this 120K or 180K miles change? The pullies should be OK, the tensioner should last two belt changes, but you cannot tell until the belt is off.
