Most hoses don't go because of milage, but rather by time and heat. 12 years is pretty young and 16 is pretty old. If you change one hose, replace all of them at the same time. That will also give you piece of mind.
You mentioned timing belt. Even with just 88K miles, its a good time to inspect it for age cracks. Don't replace the water pump unless it is leaky or noisy.
