Please advise the method you used to replace the brake pads on your S40. I attempted to replace the rear pads on my 2000 S40 the same way I have on other cars by compressing the piston with a C-clamp. The piston did not budge and I chose not to force any more. Now my mechanic is a hundred bucks for the better. I'm tired of taking it too him every 20,000 miles for new pads. Any advice?
