Well now you will need to start with the basics, check all of the fuses and see what is going on there. You're going to want to look at fuses: 2,3,5,7,8,9,15,31,33,34. Past that check relays 105 and 106 in the underhood fuse panel. That should give you something to look at. Next you will need to pull the A/C ECU, disconnect the connectors and check for power on any of the leads.
