Transmission 850 1994

How many miles? Do you have any codes? Do you have any history of transmission fluid flushes?

I would check for any codes that may have been thrown first....

Transmission is socket A1. If you have any codes then you can check a partial list at: www.volvospeed.com (then go to repairs/maint. and see code A1 reference) By the way, this is a very handy site that you will reference often.

Change your transmission fluid now if you have no history of it having been done. See this site for how to do it:
